This option allows the user to control the wind speed level and colors of the Wind Pattern Image.  To change the wind values, simply enter valid values in the wind speed data fields.  To change the color scheme, click on the color box.  The 2 command buttons allow the user to easily setup levels and color for the Saffir-Simpson scale or the 16 color default.
