Description:  This tab provides general system information.  It shows the current storm database, the Hurrtrak Online Active database and open storm name (if any),  Dates/times of last database updates, base location impact information, base location alert conditions, general system configuration items and a map image which shows all of the storms in the current database.  Select General Tab Information to learn more about the data represented here.

- The standard system menu functions

- The ability to open a storm by double clicking on its icon.

- Select an observation for post storm analysis by passing the mouse over it and then left-click/post storm analysis. For loaded storm only.
