User Options and System Preferences

Since this system can be operated on a network (with proper licensing), preferences are separated into 2 types, SYSTEM PREFERENCES and USER OPTIONS.

System Preferences, defined in SYSTEM SETUP are general system wide type variables that should not vary from one user to another.

User Options, defined within the tracking portion of the system, are user specific type variables which control the way the system will operate just for that user.

All preferences are saved in-between sessions.
