This option allows the user to export certain text reports and data to a comma delimited format..  This data file will then easily import into many database and spreadsheet applications.  When this option is selected a file dialog box is displayed requesting the name of the file the user would like to create.

Special Export Considerations:  The first line of the exported data file contains the field names of the subsequent data.   Some applications will accept this first line of data as the name of the database field.
